With inventory still so low, we are still in a Sellers Market.

What does little inventory mean? Well, buyers room to negotiate is smaller due to overwhelming demand. Now offers are about how agressive a buyer can be but still making sure they are protected. It is so easy to cave to a seller's will in this type of market, but not having the right agent to guide you may be detrimental. Remember, as buyers we work hard but at no cost to the buyer.

Home Prices are still increasing. It is my own opinion that we will see a small shift mid-late 2021 that may affect sales, that is foreclosures. With so many losing their jobs, on forbeance plans etc., we are bound to see and increase in foreclosures soon! Calling all investors!!!!

If you want to know more about your specific neighborhood and home, I love to run the numbers! I would love to discuss and see if now is the right time for you to buy or sell! Regardless of the market being a sellers market, I have still be able to get many of my clients out of their current homes and into their upgrade/downsize homes simultaneously. Let me know if you need help!
